Financial Assistance
Through the use of industrial revenue bonds, the Lancaster Industrial Development Agency (LIDA) can construct facilities for a term and at a price sufficient to amortize the necessary bonds. Advantages to this approach, utilizing taxexempt revenue bonds, include the ability to write off annual lease costs and the ability to secure a more favorable interest rate. Real property tax incentives are generous and require no negotiation. Please ask to review them with us.
